Members of the Association may be legal entities or able-bodied individuals who own all or part of the Retail Center, or own shares or stocks in a company that owns all or part of such a Retail Center, accept the objectives of the Association, agree to abide by the Articles of Association and use with a good reputation. Retail Center defines a group of retail and other retail outlets, planned, developed, owned and managed as a single property, with an area for rent of at least 5,000 sq.m. and usually with on-site parking.
The Association may also have associate members - able-bodied individuals or legal entities with a good reputation who do not meet the criteria for Regular Members, but their activities are related to the activities of Retail Centers, such as: management companies, intermediaries, consultants, lawyers, accounting houses, etc., and who share the goals of the Association and adopt the Statute of the Association.
