Десислава Ковачева- Председател на БАРЦ
Десислава Ковачева е част от индустрията на търговските центрове от началото на 2008 г. За нея тази сфера е не само професионално призвание, но и истинска страст. През годините преминава през всички нива на програмата за професионално развитие на ICSC (International Council of Shopping centers) в областите управление, маркетинг и отдаване под наем на търговски площи, включително ниво 1 в Дубай и ниво 2 в Истанбул, Турция. През 2016 г получава официална сертификация от ICSC. Натрупаният опит, съчетан със задълбочени познания за търговската индустрия, ѝ позволява да изгражда успешни стратегии, да развива устойчиви партньорства и да допринася за развитието на модерни търговски пространства.
Dimitar Kehaiov - Deputy Chairman of BARC
Dimitre Kehaiov has over 15 years of experience in retail, commercial real estate and Mall management. Prior joining The Mall he has worked on various management positions in LIDL, Tengelmann Group, ECE Group and Hanseatische Betreuungs- und Beteiligungsgesellschaft mbH - Hamburg. In the last 11 years he served as Center Manager in different big shopping centers in Germany and Bulgaria. Education: Master’s degree – International Economic Relations from the University of National and World Economy, Sofia; Bachelor in Macroeconomics from the University of Bonn, Master’s degree in European Studies from the University of Hamburg.
Noah Maayan - Deputy Chairman of BARC
Noah Mayan has 23 years of experience in the retail industry. He was responsible for the opening and management of shopping malls in Israel and the Czech Republic, where he held the position of property and asset manager. He was directly related to the development of other projects, part of the AFI EUROPE portfolio. For 5 years he was Deputy General Director of ICC Jerusalem - International Congress Center. Since 2009 he has held the position of Asset Manager of Mall of Sofia and Mall Plovdiv. Retired colonel in the Israeli army (25 years). He holds a bachelor's degree in history from Tel Aviv University and a master's degree in political science from the University of Haifa.
