Manol Goygadjiev has over 15 years experience on the real estate market in Bulgaria. His career began at Wells Fargo Bank in Columbia, Maryland, USA as an analyst, where he structured residential mortgage backed securities (RMBS) on the American fixed income market. Between 2005 and 2007, he was a Senior consultant at the Consulting and investment sales department at Forton, where he participated in the consulting and valuation of numerous office, retail and residential projects. Following this, he was the founder and manager of the Retail agency at MBL until 2011. There, he was responsible for the leasing of City Center Sofia. He joined the team of ECE Proektmanagement Bulgaria in 2012, where he was responsible for the leasing of Mega Mall and Serdika Center. After the sale of Serdika Center, he continued to work as part of the new team of Nepi Rockcastle and is currently the center manager of the shopping center. Manol holds a Bachelor’s degree with a double major in Finance and International Business from Robert H. Smith School of Business, University of Maryland.
Dimitre Kehaiov has over 15 years of experience in retail, commercial real estate and Mall management. Prior joining The Mall he has worked on various management positions in LIDL, Tengelmann Group, ECE Group and Hanseatische Betreuungs- und Beteiligungsgesellschaft mbH - Hamburg. In the last 11 years he served as Center Manager in different big shopping centers in Germany and Bulgaria. Education: Master’s degree – International Economic Relations from the University of National and World Economy, Sofia; Bachelor in Macroeconomics from the University of Bonn, Master’s degree in European Studies from the University of Hamburg.
Noah Mayan has 23 years of experience in the retail industry. He was responsible for the opening and management of shopping malls in Israel and the Czech Republic, where he held the position of property and asset manager. He was directly related to the development of other projects, part of the AFI EUROPE portfolio. For 5 years he was Deputy General Director of ICC Jerusalem - International Congress Center. Since 2009 he has held the position of Asset Manager of Mall of Sofia and Mall Plovdiv. Retired colonel in the Israeli army (25 years). He holds a bachelor's degree in history from Tel Aviv University and a master's degree in political science from the University of Haifa.
