The Bulgarian Association of Retail Centers is established in 2020, and unites investors in a group of retail and other retail outlets, with an area for rent of at least 5,000 sq. m. The members of BARC are representatives of 13 shopping centers from all over the country or more than 50% of all centers eligible for membership, providing jobs to over 150 thousand people directly employed in the industry. The association is voluntarily, non-political, non-governmental and non-religious organization.
